Haggs Castle celebrated their centenary in style, by asking us along to film one of their events. It’s not often the main client who hires us gives us such a ridiculous ending, so our special thanks go to Stuart Yuill for his efforts on the day and his kind words after.
“I’d like to express my thanks to all at WFG on behalf of the members of Haggs Castle Golf Club for the excellent coverage you provided at our Centenary Golf Season Opening Day on 8th May 2010. It was a pleasure to have the team work with us to add something a bit special to the day and that would also provide a lasting memento for the members. The footage was excellent (yes, even that “freak shot” of mine) and the commentary provided alongside the day’s highlights that we showed before our prizegiving in the evening was hilarious. If other Clubs have similar “special days” in their calendar we’d certainly recommend WFG will add another dimension and one that their members will thoroughly enjoy. Well done and our thanks to all concerned.”

A new pro tour started in Scotland on March the 26th this year and We Film Golf were there to cover it.
Greig Hutcheon was the winner, although we think that everyone who braved the elements deserved a medal.

The SGU asked us to film the action at this year’s Scottish Amateur, and would you believe it, David Law won again! He made history by becoming the first golfer to win both the Boy’s and Men’s title in the same year after a very close final against Paul O’Hara. Both the BBC and STV have screened the footage and posted our edit on their websites.
